3. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
By opting into our mobile updates, you agree to the following terms regarding our text messaging program:
- Program Description: Subscribers will receive mobile text alerts regarding campaign news, District 17 updates, volunteer opportunities, polling information, and donation solicitations in support of David Stuebe’s legislative campaign.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on campaign activity and election cycles.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. The campaign does not charge for sending or receiving text messages.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Opt-out requests are processed immediately, and no further communications will be initiated once confirmation is sent.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at our campaign address.
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Contribution Policy & Election Law Compliance
All financial contributions made via links provided on this website are subject to the regulations and contribution limits established by the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC). By contributing, you affirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, and that you are making the contribution from your own personal or authorized corporate funds, which will be reported transparently in accordance with state law.
